Choose a plan by country (e.g., Romania), region (e.g., Europe), or Global. Select validity (7-30 days) and data amount (3-10 GB or Unlimited with FUP).

Install the eSIM

  1. Open the confirmation email or your beeSIM account to find your QR code.
  2. On your phone, go to Settings → Mobile/Cellular → Add eSIM (or Add Mobile Plan).
  3. Scan the QR code and follow on-screen steps to finish installation.

Tip: Install before you travel (while on Wi-Fi). Activation starts when you first connect at destination.

Activate on arrival

When you land, turn on the beeSIM line and enable Mobile Data. Make sure Data Roaming is ON for the eSIM profile.

  • APN is usually auto-configured; fallback APN is included in your email.
  • 5G depends on device, local coverage and partner network.

Use & manage data

  • Monitor remaining data and validity in your beeSIM account.
  • Use Hotspot/Tethering if supported by your device and plan.
  • Keep your primary SIM for calls/SMS; route data through beeSIM.

Unlimited plans include a fair usage policy (FUP); speeds may be reduced after the threshold.

Troubleshooting

  • No signal: toggle Airplane Mode ON/OFF, then restart the device.
  • Data not working: ensure beeSIM is set as the active data line and Data Roaming is ON.
  • Manually select a partner network if auto-selection fails.
  • Re-enter APN from the confirmation email if needed.
